4. BROADCAST RIGHTS AND COMPENSATION - For Musicians

4.1 Musician Broadcast Rights: By creating an account, you, as a musician, give us the permission to broadcast, publish, and disseminate reviews of your music and imagery listed on our site on any platform and in any media, including but not limited to on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any compensation for this broadcast, publication, or dissemination.

5.1 Music Fan Rights: By creating an account, you, as a music fan, give us the permission to display and promote your activities on our platform, including the creation of groups, discussions, and interactions with musicians and other users.
